This week Inc. Magazine released the results of its annual Inc. 500|5000 list and Mom Corps was ranked one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the country.  We find ourselves among companies that represent positive growth in the U.S. economy having created 370,592 jobs over the last three years. Certainly a good place to be.

This is our inaugural year on the Inc. list and we are thrilled with the accomplishment and honor. Our work placing professionals in flexible work arrangements with organizations of a progressive mindset continues to gain momentum as the U.S. workforce shifts. Changing cultural and sociological attitudes are increasing the demand and necessity for workplace flexibility, and as a result, we as a franchise system are experiencing substantial growth in our business.

The Inc. 500|5000 list is filled organizations doing some amazing things within their industries and for the U.S. economy at large. And if there ever was a time to think of the greater good, this is it. I’m proud of what we are able to offer our client partners as well as job seekers who might not otherwise find work. Talk about a fulfilling enterprise.

Here are details on the ranking: Mom Corps earned a ranking of 1,564 on the list posting a 176 percent increase in revenue from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, we are listed as 135th out of 593 in our industry segment of Business Products & Services. Comments welcome!
