Celebrating 5 Years of Flexible Jobs for Professional Moms

mom corps 5 yearsIt's hard to believe Mom Corps is now celebrating its 5-year anniversary. A lot has changed since we got started in 2005, connecting employers and professionals with flexible work arrangements that have been "win-wins" for all involved.

But despite a sluggish economy in the past couple of years, companies still need great people to succeed – more than ever, if you think about it. And they can't easily find highly skilled, flexible job candidates – many of whom are talented, professional moms – through traditional employment channels. That's a big reason Mom Corps has done so well, and why we're growing!

We just announced three major metro areas to the Mom Corps family: New York, Boston, and Minneapolis. Along with Atlanta, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Northern Virginia, Miami, Seattle, Akron, and Austin, that makes 12 regional franchises in just one year. Our owners are flourishing thanks to the many businesses that are turning to Mom Corps as the premier staffing provider in the non-traditional, flexible employment space.

So many of our candidates are succeeding in their careers while also balancing work with life and family, thanks to the flexible work arrangements Mom Corps helps them find. With the growth of our franchise arm, we hope to empower even more professionals to find meaningful, challenging work that also fits into their lifestyle needs.

Want to become part of the revolution? Join us in our mission to revolutionize the corporate world and find the flexibility you need by becoming a Mom Corps franchisee.
